At Local Ninja, we work hard to get your favorite anime lamps, apparel, and collectibles straight to your door as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders!

Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link so you can watch its journey right to your doorstep.

Shipping within Canada

Standard Shipping (4 to 7 business days): Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $85 CAD! For orders under $85, standard rates will apply.

Expedited Shipping (2 to 4 business days): Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping to the United States

We offer reliable shipping options for our US customers! Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $125 USD.

Expedited Shipping (3 to 5 business days): Available at checkout if you need your items delivered faster.

Note: Packages are shipped from Canada and may be subject to standard US Customs clearance. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Ottawa Local Delivery

Are you in our neighborhood? We absolutely love serving our local Ottawa community!

Because we are located nearby, we offer our local residents completely free standard shipping (4-7 days) with no order minimum and free expedited delivery (1 - 2 days) on orders over $85 CAD.

How it works: Just enter your eligible Ottawa postal code at checkout, and your free local delivery option will magically appear!

International Shipping

We love our global ninja customers and are thrilled to ship overseas! Enjoy free standard international shipping on eligible orders over $175 CAD (approx. US$125).

  • Standard Delivery: 15 to 25 business days.

  • Need it sooner? Faster expedited options are available and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Important: Due to some regional licensing restrictions on our end, some of our items are currently only available for domestic shipping within Canada & US. For items with regional instructions, it will be published on respective product listing page. 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Import Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country once the package arrives. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

  • Customs: Customs clearance procedures vary by country and can occasionally cause unexpected delivery delays beyond our estimated timelines. While we do our best to help packages move through smoothly, Local Ninja Anime is not responsible for delays caused by local customs inspections.
